These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkHive HQ (the "Service"), a 3D virtual office and workplace operating system. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WorkHive HQ provides a browser-based virtual office that combines spatial presence and proximity audio with team-management tools including HR, finance, tasks, tickets, scheduling, and encrypted document storage. Features may change or be improved over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts for your team members are created by your administrator; there is no public self sign-up into an existing workspace.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, who handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Access begins only after a successful, verified payment; we do not offer a free trial or any free post-purchase period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours; uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend access for violations.
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. WorkHive HQ, its software, and branding remain our intellectual property. Documents you encrypt client-side are not readable by us.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHive HQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your data is retained and then deleted per our stated data-retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm the appropriate jurisdiction with your legal counsel.)
